What wires do I need for engine to fire and run?

Normally I'm pretty god damn proficient when it comes to wiring. Well, this time around I'm incapable of keeping it simple... Plus I can't find a single fu*king thread on this topic. Anyways all I need to know is what wires do I need for the engine to fire and run. I want to get rid of both fuse boxes and replace with my own smaller unit. It's a 4th gen Lude with a H22 so it's OBD1, which means it should not be difficult. I've even got the FSM and Electrical trouble shooting manual but for some reason it's like I'm trying to read Chinese this time. Also, I'm going to run the fans, lights, ign, starter, horn, etc manually with my own relays and switches so don't worry about explaining those circuits to me, just need the ECU to talk to the appropriate systems.
