Faulty fpr or injectors?

So I have been getting this hesitation or stutter basically since I have owned this car. It has the jdm h22 vtec. It starts up pretty well, but under load it loses all power. If I smash the gas it gets worse. If I ease off the gas, and then ease back into it, it get better but it's a never ending issue.
THINGS I REPLACED
Oil, fuel, and air filters
New td61u dizzy
Ngk iridium plugs and ngk wires
Ignition control module
Radiator
Deleted egr valve not the ports just valve, and fitv
Adjusted the fpr up and down
Checked for spark, all 4 have spark
Took injectors out and cleaned them up
Cleaned throttle body and iacv

So when I adjusted my fpr, it was at 60 psi. I brought it down to stock 40-43 psi. When I did this is wanted to die and the sputter was much worse. I then adjusted it back to 60-65 psi, and the sputter has basically disappeared. Idk what injectors it has, I believe stock. Is this to much pressure on them? I am going to leave it for now, as it runs a lot better but it still worries me. I don't want to damage but need a vehicle at the same time. Would the egr ports still being in the manifold cause this?

THINGS IM GOING TO DO
delete the iacv
Remove egr ports

I really need some input, basically everything I ask on here is left unanswered. Maybe you guys don't know, maybe I'll figure it out myself but any input is greatly appreciated.

Milanoprelude is on a distinguished road
Re: Faulty fpr or injectors?

I'd go to Honda tech. People here seem more juvenile and useless, no offence to the people here that actually know their stuff. I'm just basing it on what I've seen here since I joined.

All I can say is download the fsm and proceed with troubleshooting. Throwing parts at a unknown problem is a waste of money.

Re: Faulty fpr or injectors?

I agree milanoprelude. I joined about a year ago and about the only person that has actually been worth a **** is bykfixer. He has helped me through a lot, but I haven't heard from him in a while. I'm not fond of this forum so I will try Honda tech, and I will download the fsm. Thank you
