New here! Question about 94 Honda prelude Rims/Tires.

Hello,

I have a 1994 Honda prelude. Put a h23a Vtech in it. It's sadly Auto. It doesn't bother me much.. I just like preludes and I happen to have saved the one from being junked/Towed.

I would like to ask a question about the rims. I currently would love to get new rims and tires for it. I am a noob! No idea what to get. Can I get 16s? I do know the bolt pattern is 4X114.3 am I able to fit these rims on it? Details below.

Size: 16"x 7"
Offset: +40mm
Bolt Pattern: Universal 4x100 / 4x114.3
Center Bore: 67.1mm
Finished: Matte Black
Material: Alloy

If these rims work could I get a nice looking low profile tire?

The vehicle was never lowered it's all stock besides the motor. The rims/tires are the same as stock. Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated!

You need to use a lower profile tire with a 17" rim. Keep in mind a 17" rim has a heavier rotating mass, thus affecting your mpg and acceleration since there isn't much of a sidewall to flex. You will feel every little pebble and imperfection on the road.

Might need hub-centric rings too. The hub bore on aftermarket rims are usually a bit bigger.
