Icon9 94 prelude S T2T4 swap help

I'm new to the site so if I'm posting in the wrong place please move it so I might get a little help please.

I've got a 94 prelude S. (Not an Si) manual. it originally had an F22a1 but after a winter with water in the block, its now got an F22a6. I honestly don't know what all went into the swap but it worked out in the end and worked fine. (I drove it from North Carolina to Maryland).

Once I got it up here I got a weird grinding noise when the car was under load, so I took it to a shop for a transmission flush, which fixed nothing. The guy at the shop said he's 100% sure the grind was the trans and not axles.

So I ordered a T2T4 transmission from ebay.

Now I'll save you the long winded story from here.

I've got the new transmission on after about 2 weeks messing with this thing to get it installed, all the bolts are on with the exception of the ones on the rear motor mount.

The 2 on the top, the starter bolt, and 2 on the bottom are all on, as well as the passenger side transmission mount all of them are on and flush.

My problem is that when I take a ratchet to the other side of the engine where that pully is to rotate the engine, even though its in gear, I can see the flywheel rotate but the axles aren't. And vice versa. I can rotate the axles with my hands but the flywheel doesn't move, even when it's in gear.

I'm so worried I messed up and destroyed my engine, any ideas?

Did I succeed and just need a different rear motor mount or did I miss entirely and need a new engine? Is it possible to screw up the bearings that are just inside the engine inside the hole where the clutch is?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Re: 94 prelude S T2T4 swap help

Got it. The reason I couldn't get the bolts on the rear mount to line up after all was because the weight of the engine. Once I got bolts in the rest of the trans, I lifted the engine using a jack and the part of the mount that is connected to the frame of the car acted as a fulcrum to shift everything right into place. Also when I was initially rotating the ngineto see if the axles would spin, I only had the driver side axle in the trans. Once I reconnected the passenger side the axles spun when I rotated the engine.

Pretty much got flamed for driving like a jackass and was told to slow down. And I'll be damned, slowing down fixed it.
