H22 shakes at idle

my h22 shakes really bad at idle. it just happened before yesterday, i took it for test drive and it sputters all the way. did compression test all good, no CELs.

my ecu is P28 chipped (o2 disabled, no knock sensor). tried my old p13 no use.
engine oil & filter changed last week.
new spark plugs and fuel filter both replaced last month.

this is a short video i uploaded on youtube:

Soon as I see chipped, deleted, or disabled I close the thread...

I posted so I'll remember "oh yeah that's another thread with chipped, deleted or disabled" and stop re-opening it.

Pretty much got flamed for driving like a jackass and was told to slow down. And I'll be damned, slowing down fixed it.

WAS THAT YOUR FUEL RAIL JUST FLOPPING AROUND?!!??
Or just the stupid plastic rail cover?

Might wanna start looking at the condition of your motor mounts.
