4th Gen jerking issue

Heres the deal I have a 4th gen prelude with the 2.3L non-vtec that jerks or bogs down between 2,000-2,500 RPM. To stop it I come off the gas then punch it and it stops until the next gear. I have replaced the fuel filter, PCV, Battery Ground. I have removed and cleaned the EGR, and TPS. I have also done the Seafoam in the vacuum x2 to clean out carbon. I don't know where to go next on this

Re: 4th Gen jerking issue

Do you have any cel codes?
Why replace the battery ground? Can't hurt. I was just curious why you did that.

How's your cap, rotor and wires?

Re: 4th Gen jerking issue

It's not giving me any codes, check engine light came on once and that was when I did the seafoam treatment and went away. The ground was bad and figured the motor didn't have a good ground. The distro looks good normal wear nothing major
