sputtering at loe rpm's and cold engine

So to start, when I first start my car and take off, it will sputter around 1st and 2nd gear, usually before 2k rpm. As the engine warms up, I notice it does it less and less until completely gone. If I park the car long enough for the engine to cool off, I restart the process. Now I have replaced the spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor, New timing belts, tensioners, and I replaced the auto tensioner with a manual tensioner. I have also cleaned out the throttle body, iacv, and egr valve. My throttle position sensor is reading good. I have no cel. I am stumped and really need help. I have been fighting this with new parts, labor , and money with no fix yet.

Re: sputtering at loe rpm's and cold engine

Sounds like either an iacv stuck closed and car needs a bit more fuel/air when the motor is cold...
That or maybe a small vacuum leak, like say in your pcv grommet at the valve cover...

Try letting the motor warm up a few minutes before taking off...if nothing else it'll allow the oil to be at operating temperature when you start down the road.

Pretty much got flamed for driving like a jackass and was told to slow down. And I'll be damned, slowing down fixed it.
