sensors. i have no idea.

I have a 1995 prelude with the jdm h22a swap. It was bogging and hesitating badly. I replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs and wires. New distributor cap and rotor, New vtec gasket, changed oil and filter. The hesitation just won't go away. It's almost like it miss fires for a second and then quits. I notice it more when the engine is cold but does it at operating temp as well. It has an apexi afc tuner on it. I was playing with the tuner and noticed that the tuner was set for a 6 cylinder non vtec engine. Obviously I corrected that and set it to a 4 cylinder vtec engine. The hesitation was helped but not cured. It has a sensor check on the tuner so I went ahead and looked through it. I saw sensors such as ignition, in1, and in2. The in2 was not reading but 0.010, the in1 was reading 0.600. What sensor could that be? Also what else may be causing the hesitation. Fuel pressure is at 60, and no check engine light. I am very desperate as this issue has been there since I owned the car, and it's my only vehicle. Please help. Thank you.

Re: sensors. i have no idea.

Is what I'm trying to say I guess is what sensor would the in2 be?

Re: sensors. i have no idea.

Would those just be 'Input' readings? If so, you'd have to look up the wiring diagram for the AFC and trace the wire to see where they go.

Also, do you know what ECU you have this running?

Re: sensors. i have no idea.

I believe it's the stock ecu but not sure. also my fuel pressure is set at 60 psi. Is that high? I read that stock jdm is at 42 psi. I will look into seeing about the input readings and where it may lead.
