Fuel Pump

Car wont start with half a tank of gas and my battery is not dead sooooooo im guessing its the fuel pump. Is there any way i can change it with out dropping the tank? any tips or tricks?

For starters the fuel pump is in the tank but is accessed from above, so no you don't need to drop the tank. The back seats need to come out to get to it. There are a bajillion possible reasons why you're car won't start, but start with the basics air/fuel/spark. Is it giving any other symptoms? What was it doing before it stopped starting?

Try taking off the intake pipe and spray in some starter fluid, if it runs fine for a short time then it probably is the fuel pump. If it still won't start then it could be part of the ignition such as the distributor, ICM, plugs, wires, ignition switch etc. etc.
