Icon1 96 Prelude H23a1 Problem

I'll start by saying that I am a new Prelude owner and don't know much, if anything, about Hondas. All I know is the guy I bought it from swapped the h22 for the h23 and added headers and exhaust. Well, I daily drive on the interstate to and from work about 15 miles one way but that's not the issue. After it gets to operating temperature and I come to a stop or even push in the clutch the engine will bogg down to around 300-400 rpm and if I'm moving slow around a turn it has shut off (with clutch pressed). Also, if I am sitting still in neutral and bleep the throttle or turn the wheel or anything like turn on heat or roll down a window it boggs. Sorry its so long I wanted to cover the bases. Its my DD not a toy so Id like to figure it out asap. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
