I need a timing belt cover for a 1996 Honda Prelude. PLEASE help if you know where I can find one.

Really? What motor? If you google "OEM honda parts" then that's a good start to get a new one. Hondaautomotiveparts.com, OEMacuraparts.com, hondapartsnow.com, the list goes on. Is it the middle or lower cover you are after? If you don't want to pay the $80 or so for both of them then you can always try a local wrecker.
