No clue!

I've had my lude for 6 years now. I'd really like to start working on it, but I don't have money. Apparently that plays a big factor..lol. I got this lude from a friend's brother who sometimes does things halfway or halfa$$. When I got it of course it needed a new manifold and brakes. I thought that's all it needed done to it, boy was I wrong. When I started driving it I noticed there was no A/C (which was disconnected), no heat (which was disconnected), no radio (which I usually put my own in anyways), no wiper nozzles for my windshield, the air bag was out (thank goodness there is an extra one in the trunk), no antenna, not all the same size tires, there's wires all under my steering column without the cover, speedometer doesn't work, odometer doesn't work, I couldn't drive over anything because it would scrape the bottom, and no lights worked inside the car except the dash lights. It ran and I drove it for 8 months while I lived in Louisiana, but since I moved to Oregon it's been parked. I had to jump it off every time. So take a look at my pictures of my lude and tell me what you think. I know somewhat about engines that aren't modified or changed, but I have no idea about this engine or what he has or hasn't done, so please let me know about the engine (H22, Vtech) and what you think. I would like to know how do you take the nitrous off my engine and is there anything missing? I recently found out why it doesn't have a washer fluid reservoir and why the A/C and heater isn't connected. That's what I saw off hand so far and I'm going to move my intake because he had the filter all the way down where your running lights are suppose to go. It's going to be a long project. Since I got the car, even still today, people wonder and ask why I bought it when that much work needs to be done to it. I just can't explain it to them, but I love it. I'd love it even more when I put all my plans into work. That's why I got on this forum because there is some great ideas out there and people on here actually know what they're talking about.
