Code 5 in prelude 95 Vtec

I am having the problem that my ECU gives me 5 blinks and according to the manual I am having a vacuum problem in the MAP lines.
I followed the manual and applied vacuum in the lines and there is not leak. I even replaced the MAP sensor and still the problem does not go away.
It could be that my ECU is faulty but I don't think that is the case.
Little help?

How's that little gasket/o-ring? The one that fastens it to the TB...
Are the 2 little screws tightened with even tension as you tightened?
