You guys recommend it? Is it bs? does it really help with gas mileage? What type do I put in for a F22b?

You don't get something for nothing.
It may extend engine life perhaps. It may provide a small amount of efficiency gain.

But things in life work like they work. In the meantime lots of people are getting rich off people who believe that for $1.99 magic exists in a can, a click, a phone call or some other form of what used to be called snake-oil-salesmanship.

You're not going to get mega horsepower and gas mileage from spark plugs. You're not going to get fabulous half priced parts from ebay. And you're not going to get something for nothing. So quit asking.
