Color?

So I backed into my friends car the other day, put a progress thread up here

I rebuilt the back fender with bondo, after painting it, it doesnt match the rest of the car, its kinda orangeish in comparison. My mirrors are also kind of orange, and the spoiler/rear bumper are faded, kinda pink

So heres the question... should I try to find a deeper red, resand the area, and paint it red.... or take it somewhere and get a cheap paint job so atleast the car will match itself... or should I make it a matte black?
I wanted the car black since I got it, If I paint it black though the clear wouldnt come out that great being painted in my driveway... so I decided it'd be easier to go for a matte finish

I voted for Matte Black, but I want to suggest Gloss black.
I had my car repainted about 4 months ago.

I have an Identical Prelude.

1993 BB1. But my Milano Red was completely faded, and I had body damage too.

After Paint ($1700)

I like the black better than the Red now.

Either way, save up for a good paint job. No use wasting your money on a crappy paint job you won't be happy with later on.

I am in the same boat as you, with the faded red. God I hate red. I have decided to keep the color red though, just for fact that properly color changing a vehicle is a PITA. I vote for keep it a nice bright red (no orangish red).

If you were to stay red, make it a darker blood red, but I still say black. Nighthawk Black Pearl

Nice. Black is a great colour for the car. I am partial to the BNR32 GT-R Midnight Grey Pearl Metallic.

Red on anything is one of the fastest fading colors period.

i love my R-94, i think thats a little darker then yours?
plus then you stick to Honda color codes
i don't think I've seen a R-94 4th anyways?
