the right side break lights are not coming on.

They are break-ed...

Got a service manual? diy has them for download, if it's not the bulb(s)
You can check the schematics and trace wires if its not the recpticle is dirty or blown bulb

Check the flux capacitor.

It's a 92, and the bulbs are both replaced. Checked the fuse, was fine. Swapped out the left side bulb with the right side, so know both bulbs are fine. It is only the brake lights, the taillights work, but when stepping on the brake only the left light and left portion of the window brake light up.

Check the wires. One may have come loose or something.
