h22a4 sh in 4th gen prelude

Ok I have a 95 si with h22a4 that was converted to obd1. We changed the oil pump from h22 to eliminate cranksensors there and used h23 harness and dizzy and h22a injectors and p13 ecu. Now my friend had this exact setup in his 92 and had no issues. Ive redone the timing and doublechecked numerous times and followed steps to align balance shaft belt. I have new ngk plugs and wires, new cap and rotor, new fuel filter and fpr and new gaskets in intake and head. The car starts fine and idles where its suppose to but it sounds like its missing. Ive tried two h23 dizzys, an h22a1 dizzy & jdm h22 dizzy with internal coil and looped the plug for external coil. When driven cold drives great after about 15min starts driving sluggish. Now I pulled off the jdm dizzy from my friends 92 lude with jdm h22 that had no issues prior to removing dizzy. After reinstalling his dizzy he started to experience the same issue. Leading me to believe the issue is coming from the dizzy. Now I found another dizzy remanufactured for 89.00 but really hesitant on buying if not the issue. There is only one CEL on my lude due.to me using h22 headers/downpipe and havent relocated due to ATTS but my friend has no CEL. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Firstly... Why did you put an SH motor into a 4th gen? I'll assume you're using the SH transmission too.

Things to check:
-Are you injectors OBD1
-What oil pump did you put on?

It honestly sounds like you're having compatibility issues between converting the engine to OBD1 and not having an H22 wire harness in the first place. I would get a USDM H22A1 distributor and see if that helps. Shy of that I'd look into your wiring further.

Read the post before responding. This setup was done previously in my friends lude. I used the engine and tranny after he swapped to jdm. And I used h22a1 injectors, two different sets. And by putting in the h22a4 and converting it to obd1 I basically made it an h22a1. The only difference is one is open deck and the other is closed. Also I know numerous ppl who have used the h23 harness for h22 swap all u need to do is wires in vtec solenoid and mine being a 95 it already had plug for solenoid, just had to run other to a ground. Also the big issue is why is my friends lude acting the same as mine after pulling his dizzy and putting it back on after bein used on mine and his ran perfect before.

And the reason I went with h22a4sh is cause my friend had it in his for over two years with no issues and only swapped to jdm cause his is 4ws and he didnt want excess weight from ATTS. I plan on doing ATTS delete. And I got it for 300.

Have u checked the timing with a timing light? Your friends started doing it after u removed his dist more than likely because u desturbed his timing too. After ur car runs and gets warmed up, it goes in to closed loop mode, when its in closed loop, the computer uses the o2 sensors to adjust fuel, u mentioned u only have 1 cel but I did not see a code. Do u have your second o2 sensor in place, plugged up and is it functioning. A cel can and will cause problems,
