Icon5 h22 bogging help!!

Idk what else to do while I'm driving and rpm are at like 2-3k the car will bog if I hit the gass it gets out of it but if I stay at the same speed it will continue I have changed tps,knock sensor, o2 sensor I guess there's only one cause that's all I can findI clean tb and my egr is blocked off I have a 93 with a h22a swap with a chipped p28 ecu if I took it to get a tune would it get rid of the bogging I got the car running fine bit it's been doing this for about a month it used to b worst now it's once in a while is there any other sensors it can b I was told check the map n clean iacv

OHh thank you I saw that thread just wondering if someone had a answer for sure I have another question can a h23 map sensor work on a h22 if not do uk any map sensor that would work
