completly stummped, shaking no power

Ok I've been reading for days, here it is. I did both axles on my 93 vtec last week. Everything was great. I went into the gas station the next day and when I come back out my car was shaking/vibrating in neutral. When I took off it continued as I drove. Had or at least felt like it had lost power also. It also would sputter and buck. Later when I drove it everything was fine. It was coming and going at times. As of right now its horrible. Why I think its not an axle is cause it shakes and vibrates at idle and free rev. Reason I dont think its a mis although feels like one at times is it comes and goes. Im stummped. No codes, idles 1k rpm just rough. Sounds different too. I cant point it out but I feel something is very wrong. Any help is much appreciated

Check the engine mounts. Did you loosen up anything there when doing the axles?

Motor mounts look good. No it was pretty straight forward. My problem is strange cause most everyone else is while they acclerate or something. Mine is at idle and under accleration at any speed or rpm. I dont get it

Im no mechanic by any means. I know more than your average person but as far as chevking valves and timing...dont know where to start. Imgaine this, feels as if it were a broken motor mount, miss, maybe lack of fuel all in one. Sounds horrible like its running half power. When I pulled my plugs I only noticed 1 that changed the idle :(
