Small problem...

I was sitting at a red light, an my engine started running pretty roughly,shaking, and major loss of power, oil light was flickering and car dropped down to about 400rpm. Checked the oil and it was low so i changed it, no signs of any leaks, please help me! Haha thank you in advance

did the oil change solve that problem?

do compression test to see if theres everything alright

Once upon a time (right after the car was invented), folks had to check the oil each and every time they'd start the motor. More times than not, one had to add oil. For about 50 years this was normal.
If you got 10,000 miles before your tires disintigrated and 75,000 on a motor, you had a real good one.
Then mr honda perfected his trade along with toyota. Through the 70's many thought they were nothing but jap crap. Many knew better or they would've stopped making automobiles.
Trouble is, they have made them so good for so long that generations of people longer check their oil level monthly, weekly or daily.
They don't know you should or in some cases need to.
My 91 Honda B21 brings back the fond memories of watching my dad check the oil in his 66 chevy each time he'd drive it.

Bottom line here is, these motors use/leak or both motor oil.
Check it often.
