Rebuliding an H23a1

I have a h23a1 motor out of a 92 prelude the motor has spun a rod and needs the crank turned over and new bearings for the crank. Is it worth rebuilding. And also I'm new to Honda's how difficult would it be to rebuild? Thanks!

For the cost of having it rebuilt you might be able to source a functional block, seeing as to how many prelude owners eventually swap out their h23s for h22s.
