Idle problems - I've followed stickied post.

Okay, so I followed the directions in the idle problems thread that's stickied, and I still have idle problems.
No matter my running temp, the idle alternates high to low, between 1k RPM and 2k RPM. It no longer dies at low temp, so that's a plus.

Only part I haven't been able to fix is the FITV. I do have a H22A engine, but it looks like the previous owner put an aftermarket TB on it. Mine looks a lot like the one Here.

Mine has two holes on the left side, one on top and one on bottom. I read that the bottom one, if I plug it with my finger and the idle evens out, then it's probably my FITV...if I had one.

Any suggestions? I'll post pics of mine later when I get an opportunity to.

I've cleaned the IACV. bleed the coolant. Cleaned out the TB. Checked the vacuum lines (Thinking about it, I may have connected the fuel pressure regulator wrong). Adjusted the IACV down (The wax cylinder). And made sure all sensors were connected and tight.

And I'm also getting horrible gas mileage, something around 10 MPG.
