Turbo clearance issues?

Has anyone ever installed a front mounted turbo w/ a 3in intercooler and keep a full radiator? Just wondering, I am about to run measurements for clearance. Just seeing if anyone has ever tried this combination.

Re: Turbo clearance issues?

Most builds with a big massive manifold (turbo and NA) ive seen on forums use aftermarket civic radiators that are thicker instead of wider.

Yeah, I was pretty sure I was going to have to go with a half radiator. I wonder if brand of the half radiator makes a difference in efficient. Or if there is a half radiator that is as efficient as the stock full radiator.

Re: Turbo clearance issues?

The size of the IC isn't what dictates if you do/don't need a half-rad, its MAINLY the style of manifold.
