My enkei Evo 5 what`s the best color?

I bought these rims last month gold in color 4 lugs for $250 with good set of tires, anyways i`m trying to fix the curb marks on the lip 3 of the rims are really bad curbs the other rim is fine just needs little painting. the previous owner did not took good care of it. So i have a silver prelude i cant decide what color is good for my car. and since im sanding the lip of my rims i want to strip the paint then repaint it again.

color that its on my mind right now is bronze, or gun metal i dont want gold color anymore i had enough gold rims lol. i was thinking about red but nahh cops will pull me over for that color lol. i was thinking about plasti dip or polishing it i dont know lol dammit i cant really decide lol.

Re: My enkei Evo 5 what`s the best color?

Have you test-fit them on your car to make sure the offset is correct? If you got them from someone using the 4x100 pattern on a Civic or Integra, they may not work. Hate to see you put so much work into them and make em look nice just to find out they won't fit right on the Prelude.

This. you could have the dreaded focus rims

4x108.xx and 4x100 patterns. Break off 30mins and fit that rim on.

Then flip em. Sell em for more and get a set that does. Been doing this for a while. You'd be surprised what civic/teg owners will pay for something they don't have to work on. Lazy bastards.

Re: My enkei Evo 5 what`s the best color?

Copied and pasted from Recommended Tire size & Offsets!

"4th & 5th Gen. Stock = 6.5" Wide Wheel w/ +55mm (offset)

7" Wide Wheels w/ 4th & 5th Gen

Less than +38mm ::: Not Recommended
+38mm to +41mm ::: Not Recommended if you are, or plan to be, lowered. You take the chance of rubbing the outside lip of the wheel well."

mine doesnt rub the outside lip and its really low no finger gap the lowest setting on my ground controls even when i make a u turn doesnt rub. but i was planning to do the 5 lug conversion later in august. i already have a rsx type S from 06 wheels from my cousin he gave me a set with some decent tires for free yes FREE. so even that would be a bad offset? mine is fine i did rolled my fenders front and back. i know that prelude`s with +10 +15 or 0 offset is hard to fit on our cars because of our fender walls are too narrow?
