Koni fitting.

I just recently bought a Koni/GC setup from a fellow Luder.
I got everything except the mounts with these.

Now my dilemma is I can't find the correct "strut mount kit" that will fit on top of the Koni strut piston rod. The diameter is slightly wider. And the kits I've been buying were to fit the stock strut size.

Any part numbers someone could bless me with? lol
Or techniques

Re: Koni fitting.

Normal practice is to take what you have and drill it out to accommodate the thicker piston rod.

Re: Koni fitting.

Be patient with the bump stops...the rubber heats up pretty fast, and actually becomes more difficult to drill through. Take it in steps.

Re: Koni fitting.

yea either drill it out, or use a dremel and widen the hole.
