i need help with my 94 prelude si vtec

okay guys heres my problem. when when i get up to high rpms my check engine light comes on then itll start hesitating and sputtering at 1/4 throttle position but acts fine at WOT. the vtec still engages and if i cut my car off then crank it back up the check engine light goes off and doesnt come back on till i get up to high rpms again.. i have changed plug wires, plugs, and tps. i dont know what else to look at and any help would be greatly appreciated. let me know something asap..

x2 on the o2 sensors in my case of the same dilemma, though I did not change plugs and all the stuff you did. Rockauto.com still has NGK o2's I believe.
