Underdrive/Overdrive Pulleys for H23?

I drove a Malibu last week with (lots) more steering feel than my Si. I can turn the wheel with my little finger. Also my newly working A/C doesn't really keep up though the hottest part of the day. Has anyone ever seen a kit that underdrives the power steering and overdrives the A/C? As long as the changes are made proportionally you shouldn't need a custom belt...

Hmmm...I don't know about that...but usually wouldn't recommend changing any of the pulley's on our engines as they will start to belt squeal, and that's just embarrassing when it starts right in front of a group of hot ladies. You can get squeal removers, basically a belt lubricant, or re-adjust the tension on the belts, but it will always come back....at least in the two past examples I had.

Uhh... I'm an idiot. The power steering and A/C are on different belts. something I should know since I've worked on both several times, including in the last week.
