Replace or Refurbish?

I don't know if I can like cut off the plastic that covers the metal and sand it and paint it or would it be better to replace?

Not to sound like a smar@$s, but, what goes in usually comes back out in Hondas... once you know how.

Sand it and paint it. Plasti-dip it...

Re: Replace or Refurbish?

Mine was missing one of those when I bought it. A good friend of mine got me dealer price and it was still something like $85. Strip it and spray it. Probably won't look perfect but then unless the rest of your car looks perfect you don't really want it to.

The plastic clips that hold it on can be had on ebay cheaply.

Okay mine was the same way, that plastic is a b*tch to get off and it wont come off near the edges so youll have to sand it or cut it with a razor.

Re: Replace or Refurbish?

Well you can't buy the red ones from honda anymore so you're going to have to refurbish them.
