h22 crankshaft threading for pulley chipped

Like the title says the inside of my crank threading for my pulley is chipped. I just did the swap from h23 to h22a4 sh and was having issues and was checking the timing. While turning motor to the left the crank pulley bolt started loosening. I noticed the inside of the crankshaft threading was chipped. My question is am I f****d by having to change the crankshaft or is there a fix that I can do. I know that the shafts are balanced would that throw off the engine or cause any damage to the engine if I were to get another bolt and pulley and get some threadlock and impact and hammer it down to spec.
