h23a3 p14 ecu chip?

So recently i sold my 92 prelude and bought a 93 sr and swapped a h23a3 as the power plant, now i'm running a p14 ecu and i have just a few questions about chipping.

I heard that there are many ecus for civics, integras, del sols that you can chip, but from my research they are all vtec ecu's and the p14 is a non vtec.

So i was wondering if there is any possibility i can chip my p14 ecu. Or is there any ecus that i can use that will support my h23 non vtec and still be able to chip with no CEL codes? such as vtec solenoid and oil pressure.

I don't know a lot about chipping so any information or heads up that i will need to know before-during-after this process would be awesome.

Thank you!
