Advice needed!

I have a 1994 h22a1 that I've dumped about 10k into. It has had everything done mechanically, but nothing interior, or cosmetically. It rusted pretty bad, and I do not have the tools or skill to replace both rear quarters, and both left and right rocker panels. Then any other small dents etc. Plus a paint job . My question for you guys is if I got a another forth gen with a good body and paint job and swapped everything over would that be the better route to go? Or is that going to end up costing as much as the needed body work?

Re: Advice needed!

no everything should be a direct swap over to the new lude. it would cost more to fix the rust and re paint it then dropping and installing a motor

I have a new head, intak, exhaust, rradiator, clutch, short throw shifter, tires, just replaced all brake components including abs, the axles, suspension. Everything. All that is left is body and interior. So you think getting a clean shell will be the best bet?

Re: Advice needed!

The swap would need a donor car of the exact powertrain to minimize the shop hours or if you have friends with the means to swap the parts, pick a shell.

IMO, that looks like a DIY project to learn bodywork, and give yourself a decent skillset.
