you posted this in a topic at Hatertech and every one immediately pointed out the sketchy as hell looking timing belt.

really hard to tell. I gave mine a look recently and it has white fade marks but no cracking like yours. Change it to be safe is going to be the most common response.

I have changed the belt every time I take it off

some say that change them in every 85k miles, but I do it every 50k (or 6-7 years)

85k miles you'll hear the most. Any idea about how many miles are in the belt now? I would just to be safe, that's just me

Do it just to be safe. That cracking would worry me. They're not expensive, just go to Advance/Autozone/OReilly and have them get you a Gates belt, they're like $30-40.
