Re: I need help with my sunroof plz

There should be a crank handle in the tool kit, and there's a plastic button covering the manual crank mechanism in the headliner. Manually crank the roof open and clean the tracks thoroughly. If that doesn't cure it, then one of the cables is likely loose or unhooked -- for that you need to take it apart.

Re: I need help with my sunroof plz

Tool kit = jack handle, lug wrench, and sunroof crank/wrench.

There's a plastic plug in the roof, just ahead of the high-mounted brake light housing. Pry that out, and there's a socket the sunroof crank fits into.

that happened to me back before i swapped it for the 5th gen sunroof. what was holding my sunroof closed was the vinyl interior panel edge, it was slightly moved and the edge of the panel was on the frame, so i moved it with my hand and it opened up. just check to make sure that the panel isnt holding your sunroof closed too

Re: I need help with my sunroof plz

There's a tab and bracket like in Image 7 on each side of the rear of the sunroof track, back where it lifts open before it starts sliding back. If that little sideways 'V' bracket doesn't shift and release the tab that's attached to the part of the roof that slides, it's not gonna let the roof pop up at all, so you're gonna have to fish around in there to slide it back manually, probably at the same time that you're using a ratchet to try to open it.

Or if you're lucky; close the roof all the way, and then use a little force of your own to push up the rear of the roof WHILE using the ratchet/switch to open it. If yours is stuck like mine was though, gotta to it the annoying way.
