Picking up a 93 to replace a 94

Had a 94 s that got a SI motor put in. Pretty much stock from there. Keep it running till a branch took out the back window and did some body damage that isn't worth repairing. I had steel braided brake lines and Bilstein shocks that I wanted off the car. It has 315,000 on her. The tranny was automatic and had a cracked case. This old girl was rough, but I still loved the way it drove and was reliable as hell.

I just bought a 93 with 168,000. I am hoping to move my old motor over, because it has less miles than this one. Automatic 4 speed tranny like my old machine. The engine parts look clean. My old engine bay had a broken everything. The trunk looks like it was never used.

I am hoping to make this a daily driver and fall in love with it like I did the last one. I signed up to get help fixing it up and get some inspiration. The thread for converting ebrake to get the 94 console to fit is what brought me to become a member.

Sorry to hear about your car, but I'm glad to see you're still in the game. Definitely post up some pics of the carnage and of the new beast!
