tranny problems, not engaging and spilling tranny fluid

hi im new to this site and i could really use some help so here it is, i own a 1993 honda prelude with the H22a1 motor and a h23a tranny i recently pulled the motor with a buddy cuz my rings went out in cyl. 3 and the intake gear seized up after timing belt shreaded up :( that was a bad day.

well on the rebuild i put new TSX piston tops, and new LLC valves, Viton Stem seals, Race ACL main and rod bearings, and got the rods balanced and all poished up along with the whole block. plus new fluids all the way through i.e. Royal Purple everything :)

Ok as im leaving my friends house back to my house about (5 miles) i get about a mile away from house and the car shoots forward and is still registering speed but my gears stopped engaging and wouldnt even spin my CV axles.

The car starts fine and i can put it into the gears and it is moving the cables and levers above the tranny just nothing is engaging, and without touching the throttle at all putting it into first it registers at about 2 on the speedometer 2nd- 5, 3rd- 10, 4th- 19, 5th- 25. and the higher the gear the more tranny fluid spills out of the passenger side cv axle connection and still no movement to the wheels :(... thats no throttle at all, it idles fine i really really need help plz somebody help me ill take any kind of help plz plz plz!
