My list of problems haha

If anyone can help me with any of these problems, please let me know if not, well, you can laugh at how ****ed up my car is. haha

Lets see here.. from the start, my cigarette lighter doesn't work, whoever had the car before me ****ed up the wiring in my car and did something with wire, but is it possible to just buy a new wire and how exactly would I do it?

Next, My Gas gauge likes to stay at full, no matter how much I drive it stays around there, sometimes it will go down, but never accurately, the lowest I've seen it go to is about half a tank, so I was wondering if you all think its a wiring thing or if its the actually thing inside the tank?

ummm, my clutch clicks every time i push it down and let go.

Also, My AC unit is ****ed up, they choose not to come on sometimes(the lights at least) and sometimes it doesn't like to change from feet to head, head to defrost, etc. but sometimes it works perfectly fine, and my heat/cold knob doesn't work because supposedly there's some clip that's supposed to hold the bar that goes to the thing near the glovebox, but if you go down there and move it, it works, but I don't want to have to do that every time. and as for the first part, I heard about soldering it, but I didn't know if it was the right solution for my problem, plus I don't have a solder. haha

and to replace the passenger seat belt do I have to take out the whole seat or no?

That's all that I can really fix myself, but my transmission also is leaking, and my uncle to me to get seals, but it's still leaking, so i'm not sure what to do, but i'm going to take it back to the mechanic.

Re: My list of problems haha

wow carl... you have been around here how long?
I KNOW you have read and replied to some threads about your issues below. - not to mention making numerous other threads.....

1) Go download the user repair manual.
2) The wiring diagrams/electrical is toward the back. There are a minimum of three wires going into the back of the cigarette lighter. Ground, B+, and illumination.
3) There is a float in the tank that is likely sticking. Again - see user repair manual for troubleshooting steps.
FYI: One Thread is enough for the same issue - Gas Gauge not working
4) There are TWO Switches on the clutch pedal - if you had read the user repair manual you would know this. Other than that-- check the mechanical movement of the pedal/arm. No more CLUTCH PROBLEM threads!!!
5) so you have read the threads about the HVAC controls? - *sigh* solder the board, replace the cable and metal clip. Done
6) Removing the seat will make it easier to replace the Seat belt, but it is not necessary. the seats move --

Appreciate it, but I didn't mean to seem like I was spamming or whatever, I was just putting all of the other posts in here because some of them I hadn't fixed yet, and just put again. I was gonna delete the other threads but I don't think I can.

My best, non sarcastic, response to this is to address one issue at a time.

We are always willing to help, but you really need to remember you are not the first person to have any of these problems and you will not be the last.

Re: My list of problems haha

I looked up the Fuel Tank Gauge in the manual and it was saying about 28-30 ohm and sometimes would go around 150 ohm, and it only came up for about a second. and it says if its more than 270-330 ohm to replace the fuel sending unit, but its below?
