93 H23 HELP!!!!

My motor has been acting up lately and I've been trying to figure out what's wrong with it. While cruising in any gear she starts to bog like she's dying, pull her over for a few (5-10) minutes, and she kicks right back like nothing happened. She also has trouble starting and has idle fluctuation which seems to also come on at idle when I hit the brakes. I do know that my engine is throwing an O2 code, and my AFR usually just flips out and sticks on a 10:1 (wired to ECM, not direct to O2). Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, might even get my wife to bake some cookies and send em out.

Engine specs:

H23
DC sports header
Underdrive pulley
Full CAI
EGR blocked off (dummy run till new ECM)
FITV Blocked
IACV has been cleaned
P/S removed
A/C removed
Fuel canister removed
Battery relocated
Half rad

New Dizzy
New Coil
New plugs
New wires
New TPS

engine is a "newer" h23 that was installed by idiot that owned the car last.

Re: 93 H23 HELP!!!!

*update* just ordered in new fuel filter to see if that's the problem, was also told that the brake booster might be what's causing the idle fluctuation, any ideas or help would be APPRECIATED.

Re: 93 H23 HELP!!!!

Check to see if the cat is clogged. This is a common problem that leads to a bogging engine.

Re: 93 H23 HELP!!!!

Cat is fine. Went and adjusted my TPS (installed a new one a while ago) and it smoothed out, until I gave her a little gas... then she went crazy and bogged down again. New fuel filter installed and everything.

Re: 93 H23 HELP!!!!

dear mods, kill this thread please. Problem solved. Apparently it was a mix between a bad TPS connector, and my timing being off from when I installed my new dizzy.
