HELP!!

I am doing an Engine swap. I have a 2.3L DOHC NON-VTEC H23A, that I believe came off a 92-96 Prelude SI. I need help because I cannot find anyone who sells camshafts and other parts for the head. Obviously performance parts. Guys, I plan on boosting this engine and I need some help finding the parts. Anyone can assist me?

h23 build is almost a complete fail. There are very few parts out there. Stay away from Blox camshafts. I've seen some bad **** with those. Use BC if you're looking for camshafts.

I called BC and they only sell for the H22 vtec. Which doesn't benefit me because the heads are different but I believe both blocks are the same. Skunk 2 doesn't even make any for my H23 non-vtec. :(

I am aware of the fact that parts are very low for this engine. That doesn't mean its impossible. But what are so bad about Blox camshafts? What have you seen? iff you don't mind me asking.

This is BS!! Lol. My car is not vtec. So I didn't want to mess around with the vtec wiring etc. I hear that it is a royal pain lol. I don't understand how there are no performance parts for a nonvtec. Wouldn't I need an ls vtec kit as well? or just get a H22 vtec head and call it a day? But I also have a turbo. This is so frustrating!!!

They seem to score up badly (ruined quickly). I mean, I've never had it happen, but I've seen it.

As for BC not making H23 camshafts, I disagree.

Wouldn't it specify non-vtec? But It seems like it is but I don't want to assume. I will give them a call in the morning, thanks for the link.

Definitely call and do your research, but I would assume H23 meant USDM non-vtec. Always call and confirm though. I've done a lot of research on building an h23. You're welcome.

Actually... Crower is the original company owned by Bruce Crower. Brian Crower is the more recent company owned by his son, Brian Crower. In quality and specifications, they are practically identical. Get your **** straight.

Re: HELP!!

I love how the emails I get always have different text than what I see on the actual page. You write something, then you decide it's not witty enough, so you have to make some last minute changes to try and sound like you have the smallest portion of intelligence in that arrogant head of yours.

As for trying to attack my intelligence, good luck. I'm 20 years old and, from what I can tell, much more intelligent than you could ever hope to be. It seems I've forgotten more than you will ever know

I'm done with this childish exchange. Grow up and stop trying to insult others. If you're going to continue, at least be partially right some of the time.
