buy a new h23a1 or rebuild it

what my best bet nothing wrong with the motor has 194000 on it should i just rebuild it or just buy a new motor and rebuild that one???

like crower cams cam gears pistons and so on

Just get yourself another H23A1 and build it on the side while you still have that old one in to drive around.

Yup, and everything is easy as hell to do with the engine out. Replace every seals you can, timing and balancer belts, water pump, high lift cams, lighter flywheel, stage 1 clutch kit, etc.

you should look into turbo if you want to make real power unless u wantd to go with NA.
