Best NKG Spark plugs for stock F22B and What Castrol Oil?

Hi guys, well its time for the prelude to get a good service, it has a F22B motor and i was wondering what is the model of NGK spark plug i should get for it? the spares shops here by me give models that arnt right for any of the cars they say they are for, the climate here where i live is in summer averages of 24 degrees celcius, anyone know what the service manual states for spark plugs?

Also what viscosity oil would be best? I would like to buy castrol but which one would be best for the motor, it is at about 180 000km (im guessing as the odometer stopped at 150 000km haha), i can get the nice castrol edge fully synthetic but i hear its not always good to use on older cars with higher milage.

Also anyone know what model GUD oil filter it takes?

Any input would be great thanks!

Ngk plugs are teh best 1 or 2 pong will do you cant go wrong but don't go cheap on plug cables I've seen these melt an its a mess....

Any 10w30 oil would work
Remember the thinker the oil the better the protection on the motor
The thinner the oil you get better gas milage but less protection which is not good
For a motor with 180,000 o_o

As far as oil filters k&n or bosch are pretty good :)

thicker oil is just as bad as thinner oil.... you need to get it matched to the temps and what honda recommends. if its cold where you live it will probly be something like 0w-30

Hi guys thanks for the replies, like i said my climate here is mediteranean and our summer temperatures average at about 77Degrees Fehrenheit so its never really cold, any idea what the exact model number of NGK spark plug is stated in the service manual or the exact model plug you guys reckon i should get?

Because the local motor spares shops can give me a ngk spark plug if i give them the model of the car, but last time i did that with another car they gave me plugs that were 4 levels hotter than what the service manual stated.
