Icon9 Problem: Sounds like rubbing, but there isn't any rubbing that i can see..

Been goin on for a week or so.. Never happened before.

When i drive my car, and i turn to the right- I hear a rubbing sound coming from (what it sounds like the passenger wheel well). Today I actually looked into it, there was nothing rubbing, there is nothing in my wheel well that is rubbing on my tires.

When i heard the sound as i was turning, I immediately stopped and looked up around the wheel well, nothing.

Could it be something internal (engine bay)? Motor mounts etc.. ?

The sound is coming from the passenger side of the car close to the wheel well (atleast that is where it sounds like)

Any ideas?

Does this happen everytime you turn or when you do hard turns? Did you checkck both sides? Whats your wheel and suspension set up?

Doesn't happen all the time but it is very frequent.. No hard turns or anything, normal to limited turning.

I have eibach lowering springs.. both wheel wells are fine

i put eibach sportlines on mine and and my tires scrub the wheels wells every now and again when i turn all the way to lock and I have 17's with 215/45 tires.. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. Maybe when you get new tires go down on the aspect ratio a little bit.
