stock springs

Hi all, would it be okey, if i would cut stock prelude 92 springs, an lower the car???

EDIT:

also i have problem with parking brake, the adjuster nut rotates only in the same place, not going up or down, what could be wrong with it?

Yes you can....SHOULD YOU? NO

you'll have ABSOLUTELY NO way to know if u cut too much until its too late...

you're handling will be out the window

you'll still have to have the car aligned so you're wheels point straight forward

lowering the car in such a ghetto manner will cause nothing but more problems down the road.... I went cheap on lowering my prelude, and as a result....ripped out rear sway bar mount, destroyed every ball joint on the car, and have gone through too many tires to even care to count.

^^^ hahaha very well said. If you cant afford it yet, dont do it. However there are proper ways to do it. Idk exactly how, but it is not hacksawing it guessing where to cut and putting it on. Its cutting them to change the spring rate. Or something like that.
