Icon5 94 prelude h23a1 brake problem

Okay I have a 94 prelude with the h23a1. I recently had to slam on my brakes because someone had cut me off. So I slammed on the brakes and the ABS light came on and I heard the front right tire lock up and skid. The ABS light stayed on until I checked the fuse under the hood to see if it was bad, it was still good. I put it back and the ABS light went off but now my brakes are very funny. I push on them and the pedal goes half way and gets rock solid and I'm still rolling it feels like I have to stand on them to come to a full stop. I put new pads front and rear I have bled the brakes and none of that has helped. Also when I push the brake pedal I hear what sounds like air leaking or something but I;m not losing any brake fluid so I don't think I have a leak in the lines. Does anybody know what the problem is or could be and how I could fix it without spending a lot of money or without having to take it into a shop?

Hard pedal is a sign of a bad vacuum booster. And you say you can hear a air leak so it might be a your vacuum booster. But you say you have a soft pedal too which could indicate a leak or air still in the brake lines. hmmmmm...

Test your vacuum booster. check the hoses that lead to your v.b. and make sure they are not torn.
