4WS Problem - Need help quick!

Hey guys, a little while ago my prelude was in a crash. I have since repaired it, however I took it for a test drive yesterday and the whole back of the car sways. I had a look and the whole 4ws rack is sloppy, so the rear wheels just steer wherever they want.

Is there a problem within the system, or could this be because of an electrical fault somehow? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have no idea why it is doing this.

EDIT: In the crash, the rear wheels slid into the gutter, cause them to be put on huge inverted angles. we replaced all the bars and suspension and everything, so the wheels sit upright now, but could the impact have pushed the 4ws rod into the rack and messed up something in there?
