Re: shaved/tucked bays

Optima is a great product. Im using theyre yellowtop in my bay for all my damn electronics lol.

Love that you kept the stock intake. I went ahead and got the expensive ass V2 for mine when i was still a noob. Stock intake is fine and v2 does no gains except a deeper sound lol.

Re: shaved/tucked bays

yeah i love my optima. i can play my radio all night long when i have get to gethers at my house and not even have to worry about it going dead. and starts up first crank. and yeah i love the stock air box. just put a k&n filter in it and its just as good as any cold air or short ram. just alot cheaper lol.

Re: shaved/tucked bays

I know what a Tucked bay is but what exactly is shaving the bay, like removing all the stuff on the firewall etc? Also in 01ludeFTW's pic what are the vaccum tubes for/how important are they and how would I tuck those? Clean bays tho to everyone. Bike mikes car is insanity

shaving a bay is basicly welding up all the unneeded holes from either stuff you've removed or holes that were put there by Honda when building the car. Just be sure not to weld up all the crush zone holes, cause you need those in case you're ever in an accident unless if your car is just a garage queen

Cody, if i were you, i'd def ditch that clutch dampener, and just run a straight stainless line from the master cylinder to the slave. 10000 times cleaner!!
