Base Model/ Type SH hubs and rotors are the same????

I ordered a pair of BNIB rear hubs that is designed for 1997 Honda Prelude Base Model.

Heres the link..

New Wheel Hub Rear Honda Prelude 2001 2000 99 98 97 Auto Car Parts 1999 1998 | eBay

I also ordered a pair of rear drilled slotted rotors that was made for 1997 Honda Prelude Base Model, too.

Heres the link...

DRILLED AND SLOTTED BRAKE ROTORS REAR | eBay

They came in today and I tested today by try to put hubs aganist the rotors, but the hubs cant get into the rotors. Just stuck because of the metal lining. I dont know what to call but heres the pics where my finger point is that wont fit into even tho both links where i bought said fit 97' Prelude Base Model..

Any idea why???

Thanks for your time!

Maybe you just got a bad product. Seems like a machine shop wouldn't charge much to take a little material away and make them fit?

Nah... I just found out the company via eBay that sent me this rotors was wrong one. I paid for the rear one, but they sent me the front one. Right now I am leaving them a damn negative feedback and requested an exhange! Thanks for the post, tho!

Re: Base Model/ Type SH hubs and rotors are the same????

Rear rotors are solid and the fronts are vented like what you have pictured. And $65 eBay rotors? C'mon man, those are going to crack at the drilled holes in no time at all...

Don't buy cross drilled for low performance cars. The eBay ones will warp. Just get slotted or brembo blanks.

Re: Base Model/ Type SH hubs and rotors are the same????

Preludes aren`t low performance cars...

But any way. Don`t buy any no name brand. Get bremo blanks or just get some autozone rotors. They work fine. Also bremo doesn`t make slotted or drilled Good luck WHen I was searching for rotors I wanted some cross drilled and slotted but they are just for look. They do look nice though ;)
