wheel question

So the other day i went on a road trip but i switched my wheels for my cousins wheel because my tires were bad. When we switched the wheels we noticed that the rim did not sit perfectly on the rotor/spindle/thingy thing idk whats the exact name.

It did not sit perfectly because of the hub in the center. So i was wondering if that would cause any problems or damage?

DO IT! I got dibs on all the bumper covers after the wheels fall off and you flip it into a ditch!
