need wheel help

I have a 4th gen well I need to make adjustments for "18" wheels if so what type am I going to have to make.

if you're not lowered, none.
but then it'll look like a 4x4, not lowered on 18's.

Adjust them to 17s haha. Naw but do you have to have 18s?
