Very noisy intake

So i finally got my prelude running but its running a little rough.
I put a brand new cold air on and while the car is running the intake is very noisy...it sounds like a vacuum and i dont know why its doing this!
Can anyone help?

Re: Very noisy intake

The idle is way off so i unplugged the idle air control valve and it idles fine. It chugs for some reason...could it be from the intake. I was thinking the MAP sensor could have something to do with it maybe?

POST PICS. Take pictures of your engine bay and post them, its way easier for people to help that way.
