wiring vtec...

this might seem like a stupid question but im swapping from an f22a to an h22a and it obviously does not have vtec wired. when i run the wires how am i supposed to plug the wires into the terminals on the block? Am i supposed to get the harnesses from the proper motor or something?
Sound s like a stupid question...

Re: wiring vtec...

what year is ur car. if its 93-up ur prollie prewired u just have to find this wires and connec it to the vtec solenoid.
but if ur 92 same concept but u have to wire this from vtec solenoid directly to the ecu.

u said ur swap is from f22 to an h22a if ur using p13 u need to wire 2 more wires the IAB and knock sensor(not too sure)

Re: wiring vtec...

Just cut the plug off of it and connect the two wires to it that you'll be running to the plugs on your ECU.
